1. Nature of the Summit

The ADOMU Summit 2026 is a private, curated experience designed for a limited number of participants and intended to create opportunities for community, connection, remote work and discovery of the local destination.

The program may include access to accommodation, workspaces, community gatherings, activities and local experiences, as specifically described on the booking page and in the relevant offer.

The description of the Summit and the services included should be read together with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Role of ADOMU

ADOMU curates the concept, participant selection, design and overall coordination of the Summit.

As part of the experience, ADOMU may also facilitate access to accommodation, workspaces, activities, meals, transportation and experiences provided by independent third-party operators.

Where a service is provided directly by a third party, that supplier remains responsible for the performance of its own service, without prejudice to any mandatory obligations or liabilities imposed on ADOMU under applicable law.

3. Included Services

Only the services, activities and other benefits expressly identified as included on the booking page or in the participant's booking confirmation are included in the participation fee.

Any service not expressly identified as included shall be considered excluded.

Flights, transportation to and from the destination, meals, optional activities, insurance and personal expenses are the participant's responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Third-Party Suppliers

Certain services connected with the Summit may be provided by accommodation providers, local operators, restaurants, transportation companies, guides, professionals or other independent suppliers.

Such services may also be subject to the relevant supplier's specific terms and conditions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ADOMU shall not be responsible for acts, omissions, delays or failures of independent suppliers where such circumstances are not attributable to ADOMU. Nothing in this provision affects any mandatory rights available to participants under applicable law.

5. Participation Fee and Payment

The price of the Summit and the services included in the participation fee will be displayed on the booking page or otherwise communicated to the participant before booking.

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment or applicable deposit.

Any deposit and balance payment deadlines will be communicated before the booking is completed.

Failure to make payment by the applicable deadline may result in cancellation of the booking.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

The specific cancellation, booking amendment and refund conditions applicable to the Summit will be made available to participants before payment and final confirmation of the booking.

By completing payment, participants confirm that they have reviewed and accepted those conditions.

Any mandatory cancellation or refund rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.

7. Changes to the Program

The published program represents the planned itinerary and activities at the time of booking.

ADOMU may make reasonable changes to the program where necessary due to operational, weather, logistical or safety considerations, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Where reasonably possible, an unavailable activity may be replaced by an alternative experience of a comparable nature or value.

Any material changes will be handled in accordance with the participant's rights under applicable law.

8. Activities and Experiences

Certain Summit activities may take place outdoors, involve transportation or carry risks normally associated with the relevant activity.

Participation in activities identified as optional is voluntary.

Participants must follow all reasonable safety instructions provided by ADOMU and by the relevant activity providers and disclose circumstances relevant to their participation where reasonably required.

Acceptance of the risks normally associated with an activity does not constitute a waiver of any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

9. Insurance

Unless expressly stated otherwise by ADOMU, each participant is responsible for ensuring that they have adequate insurance coverage for the duration of the Summit.

ADOMU recommends, and may require as a condition of participation, appropriate coverage for medical assistance, personal accident, personal liability, trip cancellation and trip interruption, where appropriate.

Any mandatory insurance requirement and minimum coverage will be communicated before participation.

10. Personal Responsibility and Conduct

Each participant is responsible for their own conduct and agrees to respect other participants, host properties, suppliers, local communities and any reasonable rules communicated during the Summit.

Dangerous, illegal or seriously disruptive behaviour, or conduct that compromises the safety or proper operation of the Summit, may result in removal from the program, subject to applicable law.

Participants may be held responsible for damage intentionally or negligently caused to accommodation, equipment or other property used during the Summit.

11. ADOMU's Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ADOMU shall not be liable for events or losses resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control or for losses resulting solely from the participant's own conduct or that of independent third parties.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Extraordinary Circumstances

Events including exceptional weather conditions, fires, natural disasters, public health emergencies, governmental measures, strikes, transportation disruptions or other circumstances beyond ADOMU's reasonable control may require changes to, suspension of or cancellation of part of the Summit.

The consequences for the participant's booking and any applicable refund will be determined according to the circumstances, commitments made with suppliers and applicable law.

13. Personal Data

Participants' personal data will be processed in accordance with ADOMU's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

14. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law specified in the legal information relating to the entity organizing and selling the Summit.

Where the participant is acting as a consumer, nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any mandatory rights or protections available under applicable law, including any rights that may apply in the consumer's country of residence.

The legal classification of the services offered in connection with the Summit shall be determined under applicable law based on the actual characteristics of the services purchased and the manner in which they are offered and booked.

15. Acceptance

Before completing a booking, participants should carefully review these Terms & Conditions, the applicable cancellation conditions and the description of the services included.

By completing the booking and payment, participants confirm that they have read and understood these documents and agree to their terms, without prejudice to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

The processing of personal data referred to in article 13 is described in the privacy notice. Read the privacy notice
