A shared transfer runs between Cagliari / Cagliari Elmas Airport and Sant'Antioco. Journey time about 1h 10min. €15 per person, each way.

- Direct train from Cagliari Elmas Airport railway station to Carbonia Serbariu. Times and tickets on Trenitalia.
- Step 2 · Carbonia Serbariu → Sant'Antioco
- Taxi: about 20 minutes, about €30 per car for up to 3 passengers. Or the ARST regional bus: routes and timetables on arst.sardegna.it.
